Age Restriction
Guests must be 18 years or older to access the wellness facilities.
Dress Code
Swimwear is required in the steam bath and sauna. Towels are provided. In the massage room, optional single-use underwear is available upon request.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Mobile phone use is restricted to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Please avoid alcohol consumption before treatments
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly contact the spa reception at least four (4) hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge. Appointment changes are subject to availability.
